Welcome to Barnoldswick Town Council
Barnoldswick is a characterful and historic Pendle parish – a friendly market town with independent shops, cafés and bars clustered round a traditional Town Square.
Residents benefit from a broad range of amenities and enjoy easy access to beautiful countryside while remaining well connected to larger regional centres such as Skipton, Burnley and Preston. Barnoldswick Town Council plays an important role in maintaining the town’s community assets and enhancing everyday life for residents. The Council manages and maintains local parks, public open spaces and allotments, as well as overseeing facilities including the Civic Hall, public toilets, bus shelters and the Town Square. Through its careful stewardship of these valuable assets and services, the Town Council strives to ensure Barnoldswick remains an attractive and vibrant place to live, work and visit.
