Pendle’s Crisis and Resilience Fund
Pendle’s Crisis & Resilience Fund (CRF) is now live, providing support for residents experiencing financial hardship.
Published: 31 August 2026
The programme goes beyond emergency assistance, helping residents through unexpected financial shocks while also supporting them to maximise their income, build financial resilience, access advice and connect with local services.
The Crisis Payment Scheme, administered by Citizens Advice East Lancashire on behalf of the Council, provides one-off payments to eligible low-income households facing an unexpected financial crisis, such as loss of income, a health emergency or breakdown of an essential household item. It also includes support for eligible low-income households using heating oil.
Further details and applications
The resilience element of the programme is being delivered by a range of community organisations across Pendle, offering practical support including affordable and emergency food, budgeting and benefits advice, debt support, health and wellbeing activities and help to access other services.
